Analog, ADSL, analog PBX, etc. When used with digital PBXs, the phone recorder must be
placed between the external analog line and the PBX. When used with VoIP lines, an Analog
Adapter must be used (contact us for more details).
Logs the Caller's Phone Number
(Caller ID) and Name
Our device supports the Caller ID systems used in most countries: FSK-Bellcore (used in
USA, Canada, and others), FSK-ETSI (used in part of Europe), and DTMF (used in Brazil,
Denmark, Finland, Iceland, India, the Netherlands, Saudi Arabia, Sweden, and others).
Digit Detection
Logs the DMTF digits dialed during the phone call through the phone's keypad (0 to 9, #,
*).
High Audio Quality
Audio is streamed directly from the phone line providing excellent audio quality. The
audio is also processed by the sound card, which contains specialized audio circuitry not
found in any other conventional recorder, thereby leading to much better audio quality.
Search the Database Easly
Find the phone calls instantly by searching based on the criteria you give - keyword,
notes, caller id, dialed digits, predefined date range ("Today",
"Yesterday", "This Week", etc) or your own date range.
Automatic Mode
The enclosed program can run in automatic mode and without operator to record both
incoming and outgoing calls automatically.
Privacy, Security and
Confidentiality
The program can operate in "Secret Mode". In this mode, the program does not
show up in the system tray, task bar or task list. The recorded calls can be password
protected so that others cannot hear your personal phone calls. Each recording is saved in
individual files which can be encrypted or decrypted at any time. The access to the
program can also be password protected to prevent unauthorized persons from opening and
browsing the statistics and reports on the phone calls.
Alarm - Alerting the
Administrator
Email Notification: the software that comes with the recorder can send an email
automatically to notify when the phone line is in use. The program can also attach the
recorded phone call file to the email message.
Remote Browsing
You have the option to save the phone call information (date, time, calling party's number
and name, call duration, digits dialed, keyword/comments) on a local web site in XML
format to be viewable through any internet browser.

recording device uses voltage activation to precisely detect when the phone line is in
use. Other recorders use voice activation, which only records if voice is present. With
such recorders, a moment of silence between the parties can be interpreted as the end of
