Security and Privacy Information

Is it safe to use credit card for purchase?

Absolutely. We use a trusted third party credit card processor company called ShareIt, which is one of the most used services for credit card processing. ShareIt does not send your credit card number or your credit card billing address to us. Also note that the web page where you enter the credit card information is on a secure server of ShareIt, which uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption technology to transfer your credit card data securely and is certified by VeriSign.  If you have any concerns or questions about online ordering through ShareIt you can view their frequently asked customer questions page at http://shareit.com/ccc/index.html.

How do I know if the web page is secure?

When placing an order, you will notice on the page where you enter your personal information that the web address will start with "https://" instead of "http://". The appended "s" (denoting "secure") indicates that you are on a secure page (that is, on a web page that uses SSL encryption technology). Some web browsers also indicate that you are on a secure page by showing a picture of a "padlock" in the status bar (at the bottom of the browser window). The following screenshot shows the padlock icon in Internet Explorer browser:

What is your privacy policy?

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. If you ordered an item that must be shipped, we will only provide the minimum information needed to ship that item to you. With respect to the billing information, please read the "Is it safe to use credit card for purchase?" section above.
